     Every order of livestock comes with a Live Arrival Guarantee. Prior to shipping any item, each item is carefully inspected and will only be shipped out if it meets our quality criteria. With our proper
     packaging techniques, we have a very high success rate with shipping out livestock. We check your zip code before shipping to make sure everything is packed specific to the weather conditions in your area.

     You must sign and receive the package on the FIRST delivery attempt or guarantee is void.

     If any of your livestock arrives dead, you must notify us via email of the DOA items within 2 hours of delivery. PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD DOA ITEM(S). We require A clear photo of the dead specimen to be included in your email. In the event that a coral arrives stressed or damaged, we ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for the coral to be evaluated for DOA credit. Many corals bounce back and begin to quickly recover from shipping stress. DOA credits will be applied in the form of a merchandise credit towards another order. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date that credit is issued.


     PLEASE NOTE 

     If a package is rejected for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the invoice. We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression). If you are unsure about proper acclimation procedures please send us an email and we'll help you with any questions or concerns you have. We will NOT be held responsible for DOA’s due to WEATHER/FLIGHT delays,lost packages,and damage caused by courrier. Shipping companies will not reimburse shipping cost for weather/mechanical delays.

     If your order is damaged due to the shipper please notify us asap and save the package for evidence. We will do everything within our power to make things right, but we cannot help you if you do not contact us.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO RETURNS. If buyer decide's to back out of purchase before item is shipped. Refunds will issued in STORE CREDIT ONLY and may take up to 5 business days to process once the return process has begun.
